Deleafer

The Provitis LR 350 is a tractor-mounted leaf remover designed to cleanly strip leaves from vine foliage, improving sunlight exposure, air flow, and spray penetration in grape zones.

It uses a perforated rotating drum with a suction turbine that draws leaves to the drum, the leaves are gripped between the drum and a roller, then gently torn off and dropped back onto the ground.

Our hire deleafer head is equipped with hydromechanical vegetation following device - A’Syst - The assisted follow-up device allows the LR350 leaf stripper to follow the vegetation plane automatically and without operator intervention, easy to use!

• Flow rate is 35 - 40 l/min.

• Simple lightweight with reduced dimensions

• No wear of the cylinders 

• No leaves sucked through the blower, simply plucked and dropped to the ground in row

First day rate | £450

Price for the first day of hire includes total machine set up; fitting the deleafer, instruction on use and supervision/demonstration of first few row passes and further calibration if required. Please note a mounting bracket may be required at your expense, so advise on your tractor type on hire enquiry.

 

Subsequent hire | £300

This rate is calculated only on days in use and we do not charge for storage/days not in use while at your vineyard.

 

Delivery and collection | £POA

This will vary per vineyard dependant on our mileage.
