TRUNK CLEANER AND WEEDER

Provitis Trunk Cleaner & Weeder SRBH 22 –  is a versatile under-vine maintenance machine designed to clear weeds between vines, also performing effective trunk cleaning and bud rubbing. Fitted with dual rotating heads, it removes unwanted growth close to the vine without damaging trunks, helping to improve air circulation and vineyard hygiene.
By adjusting the angle of the heads and reducing the rotation speed of the rubber flaps, the SRBH 22 can be used for early-season bud rubbing, making it a flexible tool throughout the growing cycle.
Typical requirements:
• Tractor power: approx. 40–70 hp
• Hydraulic oil flow: approx. 30–40 L/min (double-acting valve required)
• Expected output: up to 1 ha/hour, depending on row spacing and conditions

 

First day rate | £500

Price for the first day of hire includes total machine set up; fitting the machine, supervision/demonstration of first few row passes and further calibration if required.

Subsequent hire | £450

This rate is calculated only on days in use and we do not charge for storage/days not in use while at your vineyard.

This will vary per vineyard dependant on our mileage.
